Nathaniel Charles is a certified TESOL educator and consultant with over 15 years of international experience across Asia, the Middle East, South America, and Europe. Holding a Master’s in TESOL from the University of Essex, he combines cultural awareness, curriculum design, and learner-centred strategies to build confident, effective communicators worldwide.

Patricia de Guzman is a jewellery designer and educator with over 12 years of global experience in design, education, and institutional development. With degrees in Fine Arts and Education, she builds creative strategies that connect traditional craftsmanship with innovation, guiding brands, academies, and entrepreneurs toward purposeful, sustainable growth.
