Sherrylyn Peck is a highly experienced executive and consultant with over three decades of leadership across public, private, and charitable sectors. With a foundation in social policy and a Master’s in Social Enterprise Management, she is known for her strategic insight, operational acumen, and deep commitment to safeguarding, equity, and systemic change to improve impact.

Sherry has most recently co-founded ‘Ending Coercive Offending’, an organisation focused on ensuring exploited children are not criminalised. Prior to this she was Chief Executive of Safer London, where she led a transformative organisational strategy, repositioned the brand as a leader in youth safeguarding, secured long-term financial stability, and built meaningful partnerships across sectors. Her earlier roles include Director of Business Growth at Blenheim CDP and Safeguarding and Quality Practice Director at The Children’s Society, where she led clinical governance and service redesign nationwide.

She has extensive expertise in commissioning, service mobilisation, and performance management, gained through senior positions at Devon County Council, Peterborough City Council, and Ormiston Children and Families Trust. Her portfolio includes youth justice, domestic violence, CAMHS, early help, unaccompanied minors, and social enterprise development.

Sherrylyn has also held key board and governance roles, including with the KPMG Foundation, and the Hertfordshire Hate Crime Partnership. Her leadership is marked by integrity, inclusion, and a values-driven approach to public service and social innovation.
