Sherry Peck is an independent safeguarding, systems and organisational consultant with more than 30 years’ experience across charities and local government. Her expertise and work span child exploitation, contextual and relational safeguarding, violence against women and girls, and wider social justice issues.
Having held senior national leadership roles, Sherry now works through SP Associates, providing indepdendent review, strategic consultancy, organnisational development, facilitation, training and learning-partner support, with particular expertise in multi-agency systems change and service design. She is also developing doctoral research exploring how children’s agency and possibilities can become constrained over time.
